The return policy applies to Broil King® products purchased on broilkingbbq.com. Our return policy does not apply to Broil King® products bought through a dealer/distributor. Consumable products including marinade, sauces, spices, wood pellets, wood chips, and charcoal are non-refundable.

REFUNDS 

To show appreciation to our customers and support the quality of our product, Broil King® will provide a full refund of our product within 30 days of payment if purchased on the Broil King® website. All products must be unused in its original packaging to be acceptable for return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Shipping charges on returns are not covered. No restocking fee will be charged. A refund for the amount paid for the product and applicable taxes will be applied to your method of payment within 10 business days after receiving the returned product.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with missing items, and for any further inquiries, please call our North American Customer Support Line at 1(800) 265-2150 or email info@omcbbq.com.

SHIPPING DAMAGE

Products that arrive damaged must be reported within 24 hours. Please make a warranty claim if there are less than 5 damaged parts and we will send the parts if your claim is eligible. Otherwise, please follow the guidelines below to return your product.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Your product must be:

  • Purchased from the Broil King® website
  • Unused, unassembled, in its original packaging
  • Non-consumable (sauces, spices, charcoal, wood pellets, and wood chips not eligible for return)
